This is the official website of Asociația pentru Inovație Digitală și Cercetare în Inteligență Artificială (AIDCIA), tax identification number 55535770. Its purpose is informational: it presents the association's work, objectives and directions, and allows you to contact it.

Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The information published is general and does not constitute professional advice — technical, legal, financial or otherwise. We accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of this site's content.

Blog articles reflect analysis and views at the time of publication, in a field that moves quickly. We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the site is permanently available or free of errors.

• Sending a membership application records a request. It does not confer membership: admission is decided by the Board of Directors, as set out in the statute.
• A partnership proposal sent through the site creates no obligation on either side until a written agreement is reached.
• A financial contribution does not confer membership and gives no say over the association's work or conclusions.
• A job application sent through the form creates no employment obligation.

You undertake not to use the forms for unsolicited commercial messages, unlawful content or attempts to disrupt the site. We may block access in such cases.

Financial contributions are voluntary and are used exclusively to pursue the association's statutory purposes. Payment is processed by Stripe; where a contribution requires an invoice, it is issued and sent by email.

A one-off contribution is refunded only in the case of a technical processing error. A monthly support subscription can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the period already paid for.

The logo, the name and the materials published belong to the association unless stated otherwise. Text may be quoted with attribution and a link to the original page. Use of the logo requires the association's prior agreement.

The site may contain links to pages run by third parties. We do not control their content and accept no liability for it.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreement is resolved amicably where possible; failing that, by the competent Romanian courts.

For alternative dispute resolution, the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) can be contacted through the ADR platform at anpc.ro/sal.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date of last update shown at the top of the page.
